It isn't a large enough number for the Dream House, or even a large enough number to make a serious offer for the Dream House.
But it's a number. And now, at least, I have something to work with. (And it's a workable number, too.)
Let me put it this way: Payment for this loan (if I borrow the entire amount) will end up being less than I paid for rent in Columbus.
I can work with that, oh yeah.
I have to produce some paperwork, files, etc., to finalize things. PLEASE give me your good thoughts that I get some of the pertinent information without problems.
